 Ladies Short Socks Knit Pattern
Full color pattern to knit ladies seamless socks cuff-down in stockinette stitch. Cuff has 1.5" of k1,p1 ribbing. Total cuff length is 5".
Yarn: Wool or wool-blend sock yarn 450 yds for Ladies Size 8 (additional yarn may be required for larger sizes and longer cuff).
Needles: 4 US2 double-pointed needles, or size to obtain gauge.
Gauge: 8 sts and 10 rows = 1" in stockinette stitch.
Skill Building: Basic ladies seamless socks knit around in stockinette stitch on 4 double-pointed (dp) needles. Techniques used: knitting in the round on 4 dp needles, slip stitch (knitwise and purlwise), decreases (k2tog, p2tog, SSK), picking up stitches, short rows, and Kitchener Stitch for weaving toe stitches.
