Knit Beaded Jewelry Pattern
Choose a yarn (DK or sock/lace weight), beads that complement the yarn color, and a clasp; and make inexpensive, beautiful art-to-wear jewelry for yourself or gifts for loved ones.
Options: Three simple beading charts are provided to customize your pieces: Chart 1: Small Diamonds Chart 2: Small/Large Diamonds Chart 3: Allover Pattern
Necklaces and bracelets are worked from side-to-side in stockinette stitch. Bracelets can be left in their naturally occurring rolled state or wet blocked flat.
Supplies: DK or sock/lace weight yarn: 6-20 yds) US size 5 or 2 needles (gauge is not important) Beads size 6.0/E: 30-300 (depending on design and length) Toggle or plunge clasp: 1/2"-1" diameter Long eye beading needle for stringing beads Small yarn needle for sewing clasp and weaving tails
